If you have an emergency during business hours or after hours, please phone us first so we can check veterinarian availability and provide guidance.
In some cases, your pet may be referred to the Newcastle Animal Referral and Emergency Centre in Broadmeadow, where 24-hour emergency care and overnight supervision are available.
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking an appointment by phone or online before bringing your pet in. This helps us allow enough time for each patient and minimise wait times.
Urgent cases and emergencies will always be seen as soon as possible.
